MAILINGS AND NEWSLETTERS
MEIKO uses one template for newsletters and mailings worldwide. This template is available for download here on this page. It is based on the design template created in INXMail.
The header graphic is flexible, but it must contain the MEIKO logo in the specified position. The download package includes a Photoshop template for easy use.
SIGNATURES
In our day-to-day email communications with customers and service providers, signatures are part of setting a good tone.
A good signature contains the following components:
- The name of your company, stated correctly (e.g. MEIKO Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG or MEIKO Clean Solutions Polska Sp. z o.o.)
- Your telephone number, fax number, email address and the website for your region (e.g. www.meiko.pl)
When required, graphics may also be used. However, please do not create them yourself. MEIKO logos in suitable sizes and banners for advertising trade fair participation or product presentations are available on request from the marketing and communication department.
