COLOURS AND TYPOGRAPHY
UI COLOURS
As with all other communication channels, MEIKO's dominant and secondary colours are used for user interfaces. Interactive media comes with increased requirements though. We have therefore added some further shades of colour in order to visibly show changes in the state of individual elements using colour.
TYPOGRAPHY
As already mentioned in the design basics section, the Helvetica Neue LT font family is also used for screen typography in the corresponding web fonts. Mainly, we use the fonts 35 Thin, 45 Light (standard font for prose and headings), 55 Roman, 56 Italic, 65 Medium and 75 Bold.
Since special fonts cannot be used in all systems (e.g. email marketing), Arial may also be used as an alternative.
